We have been exceptionally pleased with the service, support, and quality work which Custom Audio Video has provided us.  We initially requested CAV to replace the old legacy WiFi network  which came with the house and which had become increasingly unstable.  Jed, Keary, Derek, and James all played a strong role in that project, which was successfully completed within the time frame they initially proposed. Subsequent to that work, we asked CAV to “clean up” the jumble of old cabling that was made obsolete by the new system, and that, too, was successfully accomplished while our major home remodel project was underway.  Sandy and her team were accessible, responsive, professional, and –  importantly – courteous and respectful of our home.  We recommend them highly.
